An invitation

Three questions, and an open working group

The definition, the twelve steps, the contract, the four metrics and the crosswalks are published under Apache 2.0 and offered to the communities that already steward the standards they join.

A production standard that one company owns is not a standard. Every answer is read; what we learn is published without names and sets the first working-group agenda: which gate first, which crosswalk first, and how the four metrics get measured on real projects over the coming year.

The ask

Answer the three questions

  • Which handoff costs your organisation the most today?
  • If ten verified changes a day were possible on your projects, what would you build first?
  • What would you need to see before you trusted a shared record with your data?

Licence, home and stewardship

Licence
Definitions, schemas, crosswalks and edition records: Apache License 2.0.
Home
The standard lives in its own GitHub organisation and is served at its own address: every schema at its own URL, every edition record at a fixed path that does not change after publication.
Stewardship
LuhTech Holdings is the steward of record. The home is built to transfer to a standards body or consortium with nothing in it changing but the steward line.
Name and mark
Describing conformance is free and is cited by edition. The name may not imply endorsement; there is no conformance programme.
