One contract to occupancy

A demo flow mapped onto the twelve steps, not a second list of phases.

The holdings run the walk demo-current, on demonstration projects, with no real contract ingested. Each stage below names the step of the standard it exercises, or says that it exercises none. Status is read from the records that track the work; nothing on this page is a claim.

Stages onto steps

Which stage exercises which step

Read the contract
No step of the standard; the input that feeds step 1, Requirement.
Program
Step 1, Requirement.
Model, and exact parts
Step 2, Model: the assembly is generated from part records, and the model supplies only the insertion point.
Verify at design time
Step 3, Test: the model checked against an IDS (Information Delivery Specification) requirement.
Ingest
No step; platform internal, nearest steps 2 and 6.
Schedule
Step 6, Plan: takt zones and wagons, a schedule repository with proposals as branches.
Site scene and simulate
No step of their own; visualisation context for, and a simulation of, step 7, Build.
Show and film
No step; the surface and the content.
Occupy
Step 11, Run and monitor.

The proof run

Move the assembly and see it change

The public proof is a machine-checkable walk: a support assembly in a demonstration model is moved to another level, and the cost and the takt schedule change in the record. The walk’s milestones, as the tracking record states them on 2 November 2026:

Milestones of the proof run, read from its feature record.

The platform that runs the walk, the parts records the assembly is generated from, and the operations venture that carries the record after handover are named below.

EctropyThe construction intelligence platform that binds each decision to its place, its cost, and its people.

Ectropy is the construction platform that runs the proof walk and keeps the record it changes.

ViivaDesign intent routed to fabrication. Beginning with MEP.

Viiva holds the open part and assembly records the demonstration assembly is generated from.

SiltanaBuilding intelligence from design through occupancy and fifty years of operation.

Siltana carries the record into the building’s operation after handover.

Status

Demo-current. No real contract has been ingested.

Two of six milestones are complete. The walk runs on demonstration projects; the holdings have ingested no real contract, and no project, customer or partner is named here because none has been recorded.
